Priorities
Where Gregg stands
Seven priorities, one plan for a city that works for the people who already live here.

01
Affordability
Keep West Palm Beach livable
Rising rents and property taxes are pushing longtime residents out. Gregg backs church-land and missing-middle housing models, like the Seventh at Haverhill project, that add supply without erasing a neighborhood’s character.
02
Traffic & Mobility
Fix the daily gridlock
The city has grown faster than its roads. Gregg will use smart-signal technology and real-time data to cut commute times, not just commission another study.
03
Water Resilience
Protect the water supply
Clean drinking water isn’t optional. Gregg will keep investing in the infrastructure that protects it, before the next crisis, not after.
04
Neighborhood Protection
No neighborhood left behind
Coleman Park and the Northwest Neighborhood deserve real anti-displacement protections in the Downtown Master Plan, not vague promises after the vote.
05
Smart Growth
Make growth pay for itself
New development should cover the infrastructure it demands. Gregg will hold growth to that standard instead of leaving residents to cover the gap.
06
Public Safety
A city residents trust
A safer city starts with a City Hall that’s responsive. Gregg will keep police, fire, and code enforcement accountable to every neighborhood, not just downtown.
07
Modernizing City Hall
A government that works
Twenty-two years fixing broken technology systems taught Gregg how this works. He’ll bring that same discipline to permitting, procurement, and how residents interact with their government.
